Once you’ve placed your order, you will be excited to get them we’re sure! Good news – you can now see the status of your order at any time inside your account. If anything changes, we’ll let you know! We’ll also contact you if we need more info or if we think there’ll be any delay with your order.
The status updates you will see are:
This usually means we're awaiting for your payment to process with our payment systems (Barclaycard, Paypal Or Klarna). This usually takes a couple of minutes but can take longer on the rare occasion. Don't worry, if this doesn't update within 24 hours then please contact us and we can help.
When your payment has cleared with our system then your order status will change to Payment Received. We'll then send your order details over to our warehouse to get ready to send your items.
You'll see this once we've sent you your invoice and have started picking & packing your order.
We're working hard to provide you a way of tracking your order after this point but if you'd like to track your order after this stage then please contact us and one of our helpful customer assistants will be more than happy to give you an update and tracking information.
Either your payment has failed or we've had a request to cancel your order. If you see this but want your order fulfilled then either use our website to reorder or contact us and we can reinitialise your order.
If you're not completely happy with your items, you're welcome to send them back to us within 30 days and we'll refund you. Seeing this means the refund has been complete. If you'd like to exchange your part instead, then please contact us and we can sort this out.
