We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, in accordance with the distance selling directive you are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to fourteen working days after the time of ordering.
- Any goods that are damaged when you receive them must be reported to us within 24 hours (or next working day).
- Any goods that are missing from the delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours (or next working day).
Beam Axles and Special order items that are ordered in from manufacturers are therefore non-returnable. We will not be able to accept these items back for credit or exchange on these bespoke items.
All items supplied by the meter such as cables, door trim, reflective tape, elastic cord, cannot be returned for refund.
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered by you then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for returning the unwanted items, return carriage charges and also our costs for delivering "carriage paid" orders.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 14 days of delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
Goods are intended for use in the UK only and we cannot confirm that the goods comply with any laws, regulations or other standards applicable outside the UK. All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods.
Illustrations, descriptions, weight and measurements shall be taken by the Buyer as a guide only and are not binding in detail. AutoLeisure, without notice, reserves the right to make changes to any specifications as it sees fit.
You need to contact AutoLeisure by telephone, email or FAX if you wish to return goods beyond the seven day period.
When you return goods to us, you are responsible for ensuring that they are in the original packaging and in saleable condition. CaravanTek cannot be held responsible for loss or damage so we recommend that you obtain a "Proof of Posting" receipt from the Post Office or courier. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or clearly identify the invoice number.
On receipt of goods by AutoLeisure, you will be given a full refund of all monies paid minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering, and this may take up to 30 days.
