Faulty or Damaged Item?

If you have received your Autoleisure order and there is a problem, please contact one of our highly trained customer service team who specialise in dealing with any queries you may have around your order as soon as possible. Please have your order details to hand.

Let us know if you think your items are damaged, defective, if there’s anything missing or not as expected. One of our customer service advisors will be able to assist you in your return.

The sooner you let us know, the quicker we can get things rectified for you. We do need to be advised of any problems within 7 days of your order being dispatched and they do need to be returned to us for corrections within 30 days.
